Small Non-refundable deposits for cake Orders and Classes are always taken and secure dates. In the event that you cannot attend a class, we will do our best to book you onto another date, subject to availability. We are sorry, but we cannot refund deposits taken against Orders that are booked in and are subsequently cancelled by the Customer. 

Online orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to reach you, as they are made to order and subject to the volume of Orders already booked in. 
Please advise us immediately - and prior to making your purchase - if you need your items sooner.
