	Fancy having a go yourself?? The basic cake covering class will give you the know-how to level a cake, split and fill it with jam and buttercream, how to add a crumb coat of buttercream, before finally adding a layer of sugarpaste and basic decoration. The sponge cake and presentation box is included in the cost and you get to take it home and enjoy your work of art! 10am-2pm: £95. The sugar rose bouquet class will show you how to make sugar roses and their leaves, how to dust and steam the flowers and leaves and concludes with wiring a bouquet together. 10am-3pm: £125. The cupcake class includes making simple sugar flowers and decorations, how to make soft and fluffy buttercream and chocolate fudge frosting, how to ice cupcakes with sugarpaste and piping buttercream swirls. Price includes a dozen cupcakes in a presentation box to take home and enjoy. Baking & Decorating: 10am-3pm: £115 The Novelty Cake Class is where you'll make something a little different! You'll get really hands on with this Class and we'll guide you every step of the way and help you create a "Teddy Bears Picnic" masterpiece to wow your friends and family! No previous experience necessary, just bags of enthusiasm and energy, as it's a full day from 10am-4pm: £145 All ingredients, equipment and light refreshments are provided for all Classes, however, for longer Classes (eg Novelty and Sugar Roses), please bring a bite to eat/sandwich along with you in case you get hungry. Gift Vouchers are available for all Classes and make ideal gifts for a loved one! Our classes cater for small groups of up to four people and we have excellent references from students who have attended previous classes. We can offer 1-1 tuition, however, this would be at an additional cost to that shown above. Please contact us if this is something you'd like to do. A £30 deposit is required to secure your place, with the balance payable the week prior to your class. Please ensure you double-check your availability before booking, as we are unable to offer a refund should you subsequently need to cancel. In this event, we will do our best to transfer you to another date. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by us, a full refund will be given. Dear Zoe, Many thanks for such a wonderful cake decorating lesson yesterday (a great pressie from my friends). I have to say I was very nervous before I arrived, but you really made it so relaxed and easy to follow.... I can't stop showing everyone the cake I decorated, people can't believe that firstly I did it and that I got to take it home with me. Well it's going to get eaten today .... though a bit odd that I'm taking a Christmas cake to a Birthday party! You have given me so much confidence to carry on and practise (though I've a long long way to get anywhere near to your level). Small Non-refundable deposits for cake Orders and Classes are always taken and secure dates. In the event that you cannot attend a class, we will do our best to book you onto another date, subject to availability. We are sorry, but we cannot refund deposits taken against Orders that are booked in and are subsequently cancelled by the Customer.

Online orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to reach you, as they are made to order and subject to the volume of Orders already booked in.
Please advise us immediately - and prior to making your purchase - if you need your items sooner.
